Key tasks include managing project scope, tracking progress, handling change requests, and ensuring timely reporting on project status. This role requires strong communication across various organisational levels, effective collaboration with internal and client stakeholders, and the ability to make autonomous decisions while prioritising and escalating issues when necessary.Key Responsibilities:Ensure projects are delivered in alignment with the determined project framework (i.e. Waterfall, Scrum, Agile).Establish strict project governance and frameworks across projects under their purview.Coordinate multiple streams or projects to represent a single view including development of Project Schedules, Risk Register, Actions Registers, Issue Registers and other associated project deliverables.Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and tasks.Drive the implementation of project framework and governance processes.Ensure specialised project management methodologies, tools, and templates are applied where appropriate.Support and regularly engage project teams to enhance the organisation's project capabilities.Support business resources in the implementation of projects and initiatives of all sizes.Ensure client expectations are kept in line with Probe goals.Identify, analyse, and manage change requests against the project scope.About YouYou are an experienced Project Manager with strong skills in project governance and stakeholder management. You're adept at handling multiple projects, applying methodologies like PRINCE2, Waterfall, Scrum, or Agile, and have a background in client-facing, implementation-focused work. Ideally, you bring relevant qualifications and experience in BPO or similar environments, along with the ability to make independent decisions and manage priorities effectively.Key Skills and Attributes Required:Relevant tertiary qualifications in management or business discipline highly regarded.Experience working in outsourcing or a BPO environment preferred.Project Management qualifications will be highly regarded.Experience working directly with clients or client-facing projects.High level of experience with stakeholder coordination and management.Previous experience in a similar role critical.Melbourne based role.If you're ready to take on this exciting challenge, apply today and help drive successful project outcomes with us.
