The Role We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, bringing projects to life from concept to completion. This role will oversee every phase of project delivery, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for diverse design and lighting projects, coordinating all phases from initiation to completion. Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring clear alignment and regular communication. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to deliver on time and within budget. Manage relationships with designers, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality standards and swift resolution of challenges. Provide regular project updates, conduct risk assessments, and adjust plans to maintain project alignment and success. Report project status, key milestones, and outcomes to senior management, maintaining transparency and accountability. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the design or construction industry. Proven track record of managing complex projects on time and within budget. Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
