Location: Inner Suburbs
Salary: $200K - $240K + Super Company
Founded almost 10 years ago, this Multi Level specialist is a well-respected, slick, and professional builder that delivers projects throughout Melbourne up to $150M. This business has a book of confirmed projects through until 2028, with respected relationships with top developers.

This company has evolved over the last 5 years into a respected and professional contractor, with over 200 staff within the business. Due to the ongoing growth of the business, and most recently successful tender wins, the business is looking to expand their team even further!
Role:
Initially, you will be employed to manage a $120m Apartment project in the Inner Suburbs. This role is an immediate need but a January start is also acceptable.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be required to: Manage and prepare scopes of work and award sub-contract packageAssess sub-contractor variations and progress paymentsPrepare monthly cost reports for the directors of the companyAssist the Manager with project coordination of sub-contractorsManage all relevant stakeholdersFinancially astute, complete control of budgets and ensure that projects are profitableREQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will have:
