Responsible for the operations and personnel on the project, and for ensuring all works are executed in accordance with The ADCO Way.RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for producing the documents and plans that govern the project delivery, and ensuring these are in line with project, business and legislative requirementsCoordinate with the Construction Manager to ensure the project is adequately resourced with personnel of appropriate competency to deliver the project plansResponsible for coordinating with the Site Manager and Design Manager in ensuring all project undertakings are in line with the project plansEnsure all processes are managed in compliance with the project plans, contractual and legal conditions, time bars, and administrative timeframesReview and approve formal documents, in accordance with the limits of authority, to ensure alignment with overall project budget and program requirementsResponsible for the negotiation and resolution of the final accountEnsure release of project securitiesEnsure all required client deliverables are complete prior to PC and manage the DLP periodABOUT YOUA completed Construction Management or related construction degreeExperience as a Project manager within the construction market and projects between $40m – $200mCommercial construction background and good relationships with local trade partners and consultants
