This Government Agency is seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager to be responsible for managing and leading a HRIS implementation project.
Responsibilities: Effectively scope, deliver, and manage the HRIS project to time, scope, budget, and quality.Effectively scope, deliver, and manage the intranet replacement to time, scope, budget, and quality.Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as requirements, project plans, risks, and issues registers.Coordinate, facilitate, and lead project meetings and workshops ensuring that decisions and actions are clearly documented, communicated, and tracked.Use project software and templates to monitor, track, and report on project progress.Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years experience as a Mid-Level Project Manager working within the ICT sector.Prior experience delivering a HRIS implementation is essential.Prior experience delivering an Intranet replacement project is essential.Knowledge of SharePoint & SuccessFactors would be highly regarded.Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.Prior experience working within the Public Sector is ideal.What's in it for you: Contract until end of July 2025Melbourne CBD Location + Working From Home OptionsGovernment Department + HRIS Implementation & Intranet Replacement #J-18808-Ljbffr
