$180,000 - $210,000 inclusive of superannuation Permanent position, CBD office, Hybrid working Develop digital solutions to simplify, automate and enhance the workplace employee experience This Initiative Lead will work closely with the Property Technology Lead to develop and implement innovative digital solutions aimed at improving and automating the employee workplace experience, streamlining building operations, and enhancing the delivery of property services.
In this role, you will also research market and industry trends, contribute to the development and refinement of the Property Technology Roadmap, and create business and system requirements.
What you will do: Providing subject matter expertise on market and industry trends related to property technology, driving innovative thinking. Assisting in creating and implementing a property technology strategy and roadmap, continuously refining it as business needs evolve. Defining business and system requirements Represent Property Technology in discussions with internal and external technology stakeholders, ensuring clear articulation, costing, and implementation of technology requirements. Collaborating with architecture teams to design solutions that align with the overall property strategy and operating model. Overseeing governance to ensure compliance with obligations and helping prioritise initiatives. What you will bring: Banking industry knowledge and expertise in property and real estate technology is required Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships, facilitate discussions, and influence senior stakeholders across different business areas The ability to define and translate business needs into technical system requirements A proven capacity to design innovative and commercially viable solutions that drive business value A passion for championing design thinking and driving positive outcomes in property technology Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
