Project Manager

Are you looking for a slightly different project manager position?
With almost no turnover and due to organic growth, this niche commercial builder is looking for a Project Manager to join the team and deliver 2-3 projects between $100k and $3m.
You will lead a team of site supervisors, project coordinators, contract administrators, and graduates.
Your excellent processes and systems will consist of Procore, a scheduling system, and they are always open to suggestions for improvement.
The company has ISO accreditation, which demonstrates how organised they are.
The business has fifteen employees, so the Director is still hands-on.
He's an entrepreneurial type with a good sense of humour and an understanding of what people want in business and delivery.
This is important to note as it sets the company's culture.
In 12-18 months, a profit share scheme will be on offer.

Minimum RequirementsProven local head contractor project management experience in commercial is essential to be considered for this role.
You will be leading a team that delivers multiple fast-paced and exciting projects.
