Projects: Education projects up to $7M Salary: $160-200k Location: Western suburbs of Melbourne Company

Founded over 10 years ago, this family owned Tier 3 builder deliver New Build and Refurbishment projects predominately across the Education sector up to $7M. 

With a high amount of experience behind their senior staff, this company prides themselves on their ability to collaborate with one another to create the best process possible for clients and all relevant stakeholders.

Role

This role is an office based position in the Western suburbs of Melbourne. This candidate would be supported by the Director, Contract Administrator and rest of the project team.

Responsibilities would include:
Managing and preparing scopes of works and sub-contract packages Assess sub-contractor variations and progress payments Preparing monthly cost reports for directors Manage financials and budgets of project and resources accordingly Communicate effectively with clients and relevant stakeholders Requirements 5+ years experience as Project Manager Trade background favorable but not essential Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven track record delivering projects in the Education sector Cheops software experience required If this role is something of interest to you, my contact details are below:
