are well planned and managed on time and within set budgets

This includes
maintenance, repairs and upgrades
,
new builds
,
projects and project plans (ranging in complexity)
,
accurate contract administration
,
compliance requirements
such as
OH&S, contractor supervision
, contracting,
budget management, permits and licence acquisitions.
