Our client, a leading entrepreneurial contractor is seeking a well rounded 360 degree Project Manager from the shopfitting / fit out sector.
Overview
This is a great opportunity to join a contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high quality retail, hospitality and commercial fitout projects across Victoria. They're seeking a hands-on Project Manager with a sound technical knowledge who is as comfortable working on site as they are in the office pricing work. You will have worked on fast track projects with suspended ceilings, structures and in live site environments and be able to read drawings, price work and understand the building code.
Key points
Retail, hospitality, commercial fit-out project experience.
Cradle to grave Project Management
Price and Estimate projects
Forecast and manage project budgets
Ensure quality process and delivery across all of your projects
Managing RFI's to clients, architects, and consultants
Procurement including scope of works & complete tender packages.
Requirements
A track record in delivering fitout projects up to $5m
An ability to manage a programme and schedule and sequence trades
Experience in Hammertech, Procore or similar
First class stakeholders management skills
A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
