Project Manager

Our client, a small multidisciplinary with two offices in the UK, is currently looking for a Project Manager to join their thriving Birmingham office.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work on a variety of projects, focusing on residential, regeneration and education.Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clientsAct as the Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent on various projectsAnalyse tenders and prepare reports.Prepare and present initial appraisal and feasibility reports.Develop outline design proposals, including budget estimate costs.Conduct site visits and issue inspection reports.Requirements:BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management, with relevant work experience in a consultancy environment.Proven experience working on education and residential projects.Proficiency in RIBA stages 0-4.On offer for the Project Manager:Salary 40,000 - 45,000Car allowancePension (4.5% contribution matched)Life assurance (x4 annual salary)Private medicalFlexible working hoursHybrid workingNext steps:Click apply today and our dedicated Surveying and Project Management recruiter will contact you to discuss the details of this opportunity in more depth.#J-18808-Ljbffr
