As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
We are on the hunt for someone who is able to lead projects locally, in regional Victoria and interstate.
Key responsibilities Overall commercial management of the project (budgeting & forecasting establishment, monitoring and reporting; responsibility for procurement; progress claims & variation management etc).
Resource planning management and performance monitoring.
Client and third-party stakeholder management, including subcontractors.
Overseeing and maintenance of Project Management Plans.
Procurement of plant, material and subcontractors as per project requirements.
Project reporting including programs, progress, financials, HSEQ and overall performance of the project.
Leadership, development and mentoring of project teams.
About You This position would suit a candidate who possesses the following:
Circa 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on civil construction works.
Commitment to prioritising safety and ensuring tasks are done correctly the first time.
Dedicated to fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
Knowledge of project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project or Procore.
Demonstrated experience in all facets of project management including contract administration, scheduling, procurement, resourcing, QA documentation and safety requirements.
Demonstrated experience in proactive client management.
Previous experience in tendering/estimating would be beneficial.
