Client-Side Project Manager (Residential Projects) Work across a diverse portfolio of investments, including residential properties. Our Central Coast division is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Client-Side Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential projects, including upgrades, refurbishments, and new builds.
This role is key to ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Role Overview: As a Client-Side Project Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact between our organisation and external stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and consultants. You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of residential projects from conception through to completion. Your role will involve overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Management:Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for residential upgrades, refurbishments, and new build construction.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met and adhere to design specifications.Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.Stakeholder Management:Serve as the main liaison between [Your Financial Services Group Name] and external project stakeholders.Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates on progress, issues, and changes.Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all parties involved to maintain alignment and resolve conflicts.Quality Assurance:Oversee quality control processes to ensure projects meet or exceed industry standards and organizational expectations.Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.Financial Oversight:Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.Review and approve contractor invoices and manage financial documentation.Reporting & Documentation:Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction, with a strong understanding of upgrades, refurbishments, and new builds.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle project-related challenges effectively.If you are interested in the above role, do not hesitate to reach out or send across your CV.
