ResponsibilitiesThe Project Manager at Forest Hill College is responsible for ensuring any buildings, safety and compliance issues are managed with efficiency and attention to detail.
They are required to complete various duties associated with compliance based Department portals and ensuring that all buildings works are completed with student safety and comfort as a priority.
The Project Manager will work in collaboration with the Facilities Manager and their work will be overseen by the Principal.
Duties will be as follows:
Maintain accurate up to date records on AIMSEnsure the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with current WorkSafe and DET legislation; including OHMS.Resource and support Occupational Health and Safety subcommitteeManage the Upgrade and Modernisation Works in 2025 including project management, supervision & coordination of the work of contractors;Ensure Sams4Schools is updated and compliantAny other duties as required by the PrincipalWho May ApplyIndividuals with the aptitude, experience and/or qualifications to fulfill the specific requirements of the position.

Location ProfileForest Hill College is based in the Inner East region of Melbourne with a student body of 500 local students and 50 International students.
RoleAttendance will not be required during school holiday periods unless specifically requested on occasion and agreed with the Principal.
Range 3 is distinguished by the introduction of management responsibility and accountability for the delivery of professional support services.
