You will be delivering a $25 million, 19 Luxury Town Houses + 1 basements located on the North Melbourne, as they build out a skilled team.

What you will be doing?
In this role you'll be working hand in hand will be leading the project and leading a $25 million luxury residential project.
You will be responsible for managing the project life cycle, liaising with all stakeholders to communicate deadlines, encouraging a collaborative team environment leading to successful delivery of timelines & budgets.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone that has demonstrated experience in delivering high end or luxury residential or multi residential projects.
Ideally exposure to project around $25 million would help with in being successful in this role.
Strong ability to adapt and overcome challenges, and communication clearly with stakeholders.
