About Us Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the 'Courts Group'.

The 2017/18 State Budget provided significant investment in the Victorian courts and tribunals to deliver a modern, technology enabled, citizen focussed courts service.
This includes the development, delivery and implementation of a new Case Management System.
About The Role The Project Management Office (PMO) plays a pivotal role in supporting the overall delivery of the CMS Project.
The PMO is responsible for the management of project controls, including scheduling, key deliverable management, quality control, governance and reporting, and oversight of risks, issues, and dependencies.
The PMO also provides project administration and business support, including procurement, human resources, facilities management, and strategic communications to the project team.The Project Manager will play an essential role in the PMO to deliver successful outcomes for the CMS Project by ensuring high quality management of key activities including project management, governance, quality, project controls, project scheduling, and oversight of project administration and communications.The Project Manager reports to the PMO Manager, and will work closely with the Project Director, Steering Committee, and Senior Responsible Owner (CSV CEO) to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
The critical components of the role are:Focusing on project management and governance, you will provide project management leadership, and expert advice and guidance, to project team members, including the day-to-day delegation of project deliverables, management of performance, and mentoring of junior staff in the PMO team.Please see Position Description for full 'About The Role' and 'About You' information.
