Project Manager

Role Overview:As the IT Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our client's mobile app project, ensuring that each phase, from ideation to launch, is executed seamlessly.
You'll work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver a high-quality app on time and within budget.
Your leadership and problem-solving skills will be key in navigating challenges and keeping the team motivated and focused.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end mobile app development project, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.Oversee the testing, deployment, and post-launch support phases to ensure a smooth and successful app release.Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on mobile app development.Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.#scr-hannah-macleodAt Randstad Digital, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
