About the role As a Project Manager at Zinfra, you'll lead the construction of substations, managing all phases from planning to commissioning. Your rolewill involve coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring project milestones are met within budget and schedule, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and contractors, facilitating communication and resolving any issues that arise.
Key responsibilities include overseeing project documentation, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise in construction and project management will drive successful outcomes in the delivery of high-voltage substation projects, crucial to enhancing electrical infrastructure in Victoria.
Key Responsibilities include Leading and developing the team to enhance employee engagement, increase workforce mobility, driving individual and team performance, and ensure attraction and retention of talentManaging projects to meet or exceed tendered gross margin and cash flow targets and regularly updating project cost information and forecastingManaging claims (including variations) to ensure completely justified, comprehensive and supported by appropriate documentation and submitted on time to achieve agreed budget and gross marginManaging and supervising the site based delivery of the projectDelivering projects to contractual requirementsIdentifying opportunities for continuous improvementEnsuring project personnel including contractors are suitably qualified and experienced and perform efficiently within scope of projectEnsuring that customers are continually aware of their current project status through effective reporting and management;Developing and maintaining effective relationships with peer client personnelAbout You To be selected for interview your resume will need to highlight your expertise and experience with delivering complex infrastructure projects, along side managing engineering, procurement and construction teams.
