You will be hardworking and enthusiastic, responsible for managing projects from start to finish, leading the site and office team to deliver successful outcomes.
Reporting to our Head of Major Projects your key responsibilities will include:
Ensure projects are run safely and HSEQ policies are followed.Monitor progress of projects to ensure they are running within the set deadlines & budget limitationsGenerate progress reportsPreparation of construction programmesLeading contract administrators.Liaising with clients and architects to ensure the successful delivery of the project.You must be capable, organised and adaptable, being able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and professionally
Previous Experience Previous experience in Project Management in the commercial construction sector.Appreciation of sophisticated business systemsExtensive experience in coordinating the delivery of multiple technical projects.Previous experience managing the processes and maintaining records for project related contract staff.Good working knowledge of Google and Microsoft Suite.
Education Relevant tertiary qualification and / or relevant experience
