Harris Maternity is looking for a Project Manager to help us work with our customer base in Australia & New Zealand. You will proactively work with customers to implement our products using best practices and provide your expertise through the end-to-end value chain of our products. You will also cultivate relationships with our existing customer base, to ensure our products continue to fulfill all needs of our valued customer base.
This Melbourne-based role offers flexible hybrid working arrangements, allowing you to work from home a couple of days a week and spend three days in the office.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.Identifying and mitigating potential risks.Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.Our ideal candidate will have:
At least three years' experience working as a project manager or similar role.Understanding of software engineering concepts.Enterprise technology delivery experience.Management skills, Leadership qualities and excellent problem-solving ability.Experience in business analysis including translating user needs into functional or technical requirements required.Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint required, Projects and Visio preferred.An understanding of ITIL frameworks and their use within service delivery environments.What we will offer:
