Great opportunity to join a smaller commercial builder in a close-knit team, delivering fitout/ new build projects up to $10mil.Company I am seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager for my Fitout new build commercial construction client based in Hawthorn. You will be delivering fitout/ new build projects up to $10M in value. With year on year growth, strong values and award winning projects this is not an opportunity to be missed.This builder has a total team size of 25, 15 in the office and 10 on site. You will be primarily working on projects that include - pavilions, childcare centres, education and hospitality. If you possess at least 4 years of project management experience and have demonstrated proficiency in delivering projects up to $10mil in value, please submit your application below.Key Duties Produce construction programs, procurement schedules and procure all materials in conjunction with the team. Ensure full compliance with WHS standards, ensuring the safety of site and team members at all times. Produce quality plans and ensure the correct standard is maintained throughout the project. Attend weekly site meetings and issue weekly project reports Provide formal project feedback. Requirements Minimum 3+ years experience as a Project Manager within the Fitout/ New Build industry. MUST have experience with fitout/ New Build projects up to $10M. Tertiary qualification, preferably Building or Engineering or Trade qualification with further relevant education. Great communication skills. Dynamic, passionate and a team player. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. An eye for detail and ability to troubleshoot problems.
