Job DescriptionProject Planning and Execution Manage multiple complex projects in parallel.Plan & Lead Project Launches & New Markets EntryStrategize and establish project roadmaps that align with organizational goals and customer expectations.Develop comprehensive project roadmap to monitor, track progress and fulfill required outcomes.Lead project initiation phases and ensure thorough understanding of scope and objectives by all stakeholders.Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery.Coordinate internal resources & third parties/vendors to ensure resource availability & allocation for the flawless execution of projects.Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope & budget. Stakeholder Management Actively manage relationships with all project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
& ensuring technical feasibilityFacilitate conflict resolution and problem-solving sessions to maintain project momentum. Financial Management Own the financial performance of each project, ensuring adherence to budget and achievement of targeted gross profit.Monitor project costs and implement corrective actions when deviations from the budget occur.Prepare and present financial reports to key stakeholders, highlighting project profitability and financial health. Risk Management Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.Proactively monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and adjust plans accordingly.Ensure that all project risks are documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders. Continuous Improvement Initiate efforts to improve project management processes and tools, incorporating lessonslearned from previous projects.Conduct retrospective workshops and integrate feedback to enhance future project delivery.Champion an Agile mindset and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the project team. Project Governance and Compliance Ensure all projects adhere to Sprints' Project Management & Delivery governance standards.Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including standardized artifacts and reports.Ensure that all projects are completed with thorough closing activities, and that benefits are tracked or realized as per project goals.
Job RequirementsMinimum 3 years of Professional Project Management experienceProven experience in project management, preferably within the developmental sector or the L&D (Learning & Development) field.Demonstrated experience in project planning, execution, stakeholder management, and risk management.Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time, within scope, and budgetExcellent client-facing with Customer Centricity attitudePMP certification or any equivalent is a plusAgile Mindset & Framework understanding is a plusExcellent written & verbal communication skillsHigh proficiency in English, fluency is a must #J-18808-Ljbffr
