What your day looks like:

We have an opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our clients team on a Gold Coast based project. Our client is a reputable construction company renowned for their excellence in delivering high-end residential & commercial projects.
As the Project Manager you will oversee their luxury high rise residential tower in Broadbeach, 39 levels with high-end finishes and a value of $80M+.

Take the lead role in procurement and the day-to-day management including Budgets, Programme & Contract Administration  Organise and conduct meeting with any other staff members e.g. Site Manager, Construction Manager, Accounts Manager etc. About You Proven track record of delivering projects of a similar scale 20+ levels and a value of $50M+ Diploma of Building & Construction or similar qualification  Experienced with negotiating prices with subcontractors and preparation of construction budgets
