Duties Clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. Gather and document project requirements from stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets while implementing cost control measures. Manage product development processes, coordinating with teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions as necessary. Oversee content management systems to ensure effective organisation and accessibility of project-related materials. Facilitate regular meetings with team members to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps. Requirements Mechanical/Electrical engineering background. Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of requirements gathering and product management. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills for conducting root cause analysis and problem-solving. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive approach to managing tasks and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
