This role is critical in ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence while fostering a strong leadership culture.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement project and maintenance plans.Build and maintain client and subcontractor relationships.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, budget, and schedule requirements.Lead incident investigations and drive performance improvements.Manage budgets, resources, and scheduling for sites.Mentor and develop Supervisors and team leaders.Optimise processes to improve operational efficiency.What You'll Need: Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results.Strong understanding of safety requirements and risk assessments.Trade or engineering background preferred but not essential.Must pass a medical and security check.Why Join Them?
