Their vibrant team-oriented environment fosters creativity, collaboration, and a laser focus on their clients.The OpportunityThe Construction Project Manager will be responsible for:Active involvement in the procurement, design and delivery of new build and refurbishment projects including mixed use, industrial, residential and commercial schemesAdvising clients on programme, cost and procurement implications of projects for both public and private sector clientsAttending client facing meetings in which professional advice is providedProcuring and managing multi-disciplinary consultant teamsInvolvement in the project delivery process from inception to completionGood working understanding of building technology, compliance/Building Regulations and defect diagnosisAs a small, but growing business, this role will provide the right individual with responsibility and the opportunity to be a fundamental part of our growth and successThe Ideal Project ManagerMRICS is desirable3/4 years previous experienceExperience running projects with a value of £5m+Defence / Public sector experience is desirableProactive and flexible in working styleSelf-motivated and drivenAbility to communicate effectively and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholdersWhat's in it for you?The successful Project Manager will receive a detailed and extensive induction as well as:£40000 - £65000 basic salary based on experienceDiscretionary performance related bonusExcellent, structured training programmeFlexible workingPrivate healthcare35 days annual leavePension#J-18808-Ljbffr
