Job Title Project Manager
Job Description Summary The Project Manager will manage projects for key Defence and Darwin Airport initiatives, working closely with the client, property or facility management team, and project management staff. This role involves delivering projects on time and within scope, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Due to the nature of the role, Australian citizenship is required. Job Responsibilities Develop budgets, manage scope changes, and prepare project forecasts.Identify and address issues and report project status.Update Communications Plan and manage information activities.Ensure quality requirements are met, including quality plans and audits.Lead contract and procurement planning, manage supplier selection.Oversee risk management, including developing risk registers and plans.Monitor the project schedule and manage time management outcomes.Coach the project team, establish effective relationships, and contribute to team building.Manage project documentation and follow Cushman & Wakefield Project Management Methodology.About You: Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Power BI, and Procore.Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in project management, building engineering, architecture, or a related field.Professional certification (or working towards) such as RICS, COIB, AIPM (CPPP), or CAPM.Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance and Aviation Security Identification Card.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
