About the Role: As a Project Manager living in Darwin and working with Shamrock, you'll play a vital role in overseeing project performance and ensuring successful project delivery. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders, administer contracts, manage budgets, and uphold our commitment to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities: Administer head contracts and subcontracts effectively. Establish and maintain construction programs in line with project timelines. Monitor project budgets and financial performance. Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Uphold project quality, safety, and environmental objectives. Assist in tendering processes when required. Qualifications and Experience: General safety induction card. Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 7 years of project construction experience. Strong leadership, communication, and contracts management skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, and Vista. Knowledge of modern construction techniques and project methodologies.
