We are currently seeking applications from experienced Project Managers to join our team in Darwin.
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Project Manager will have a proven ability to successfully deliver large complex projects.
They are accountable for successfully and competently delivering assigned projects, ensuring the project's objectives are achieved, completed on time and within budget.
Using their commercial expertise and technical knowledge, they manage the complete lifecycle of multiple projects simultaneously prioritising resources across their portfolio.
Project Managers are responsible for customer relationship management for the projects they are assigned, ensuring a continued relationship with SAGE and identifying new opportunities.
Key Result Areas: Manage to the scope, commercial and contractual terms of the project to successfully deliver on time and on budget.
Minimise work in progress, manage the timing of costs and invoicing.
Maintain an accurate forecast of project costs, cash-flow and schedules.
Meet the milestones and time constraints of the project, maintaining an up-to-date schedule with milestones, work breakdown structure and tasks.
Plan and manage the quality of project deliverables.
Manage changes to scope and project outcomes, raising cost variations for approval by the customer.
Clearly communicate project objectives, progress and changes to all stakeholders.
Manage and promptly resolve project issues.
Key Requirements: Certificate IV or Diploma of Project Management or similar.
Minimum 3 years' experience in project management, ideally within automation/electrical engineering.
Accreditation with the Australian Institute of Project Management is desirable.
Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently engage with a broad range of stakeholders and industry sectors.
You will have proven experience of prioritising resource allocations to deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
