YOUR OPPORTUNITYDue to continued project growth, and to support our NACP Projects team in Darwin, we are expanding our team of experienced construction professionals and are now looking to appoint a suitably qualified Senior Project Manager who is able to demonstrate experience in; Autonomous delivery of construct only and/or design and construct commercial building projects; Leading and managing teams of construction professionals including mentoring, training and performance management;Outstanding stakeholder management and client focus;An understanding of Building methodologies and current industry best practice;Understanding of current QHSE Act and Legislation; Quality management and continuous improvement practices and processes;Monthly commercial reporting, progress claims and variations;Effective implementation and knowledge of AS Form of Contracts;Negotiation and dispute resolution skills;Working within externally and FSC accredited systems;You will have a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management or similar and proven experience in the Australian market. The successful candidate will also need to provide a current police check, proof of residency/working entitlement and identity verification information prior to being made a formal offer.
