NACP Projects aims to deliver value for money outcomes and build a trusted brand in commercial construction while generating continuous revenue streams and profitability that allows NACP Projects to invest in social initiatives, training and development and trade competency. YOUR OPPORTUNITYDue to continued project growth, and to support our NACP Projects team in Darwin, we are expanding our team of experienced construction professionals and are now looking to appoint a suitably qualified Senior Project Manager who is able to demonstrate experience in; Autonomous delivery of construct only and/or design and construct commercial building projects; Leading and managing teams of construction professionals including mentoring, training and performance management;Outstanding stakeholder management and client focus;An understanding of Building methodologies and current industry best practice;Understanding of current QHSE Act and Legislation; Quality management and continuous improvement practices and processes;Monthly commercial reporting, progress claims and variations;Effective implementation and knowledge of AS Form of Contracts;Negotiation and dispute resolution skills;Working within externally and FSC accredited systems;You will have a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management or similar and proven experience in the Australian market. The successful candidate will also need to provide a current police check, proof of residency/working entitlement and identity verification information prior to being made a formal offer.
