Job descriptionProject managers evaluate and improve the business process. They perform their tasks in multiple departments and work across all industries.Key Responsibilities:Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Create comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members.Lead and coordinate project staff and resources to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.Communicate proactively the status, issues, and risks involved in the project to all stakeholders.Manage budgeting and forecasting, ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget.Identify and minimize project risks throughout its life cycle.Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
