As a Project Manager you will be in a key role ensuring various projects are executed and completed.
This role will see you collaborate with a range of stake holders such as engineers, designers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities: Ensuring projects are managed effectively being delivered on time and within budget.
Constructing various project plans, ensuring project goals are clearly understand and that all resources required for various tasks are available.
Ensure coordination through effective communication to various stakeholders (all levels).
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a project manager in the aviation industry, with a strong track record of successfully delivered projects.
Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety protocols in Australia (CASA).
Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
