Responsibilities Oversee multiple streams of work and drive an open and positive inter-dependant relationship between the Project Team, Operations and project stakeholders Responsible for managing, monitoring and auditing each phase of the implementation and the related project plans and budgets Overseeing scheduled activities and maintain plans Proactively anticipate project deviations and responsible for communicating and/or taking immediate corrective action.
Requirements 3-5 years' experience in IT Project/Program Management- system migration, system integration, data migration desirable Experience in large scale projects, leadership and implementation in a logistics/supply chain or FMCG environment Experience directing cross-functional teams utilising continuous improvement methodologies to optimise Supply Chain design Bachelor degree qualified in Project Management, Logistics, Commerce or related field (preferred) Prince2 / PMP / IPMA Certifications (preferred) The ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organisation Project methodology qualifications essential - Agile project and waterfall management experience preferred Excellent working knowledge and understanding of warehousing, distribution and WMS Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills
