Role responsibilities: Support risk and issue identification, assessment and mitigation activities by ensuring risks and issues are documented, reviewed and escalated as appropriate. Ensure portfolio and project planning, scheduling and monitoring of performance is reported using the appropriate tools and processes including reporting of project related trends and performance against project plans and budgets. Ensure all aspects of the project portfolio and project meetings, workshops and documentation are maintained and tracked across a broad range of projects and geographic areas. Ensure the delivery of projects and engagements with external organisations for the supply and delivery of services and supplies are appropriately managed. You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience: Demonstrated project portfolio and project management skills and experience through all stages of portfolio and project life cycle, with the ability to design medium-large scale projects. Demonstrated high level knowledge and expertise of project portfolio and project support including the ability to lead, manage and mentor project teams, including the provision of support and guidance on portfolio, programme and project management processes, tools and techniques. Demonstrated experience in the management and external suppliers delivering products or services into projects or a portfolio of projects.
