Project Manager

Alltype Engineering is a multifaceted engineering company providing fabrication and installation services to the Oil & Gas, Water, Power Generation, Infrastructure, Mining, Resources, Utility, Petrochemical and Defence industries, in both the private and public sectors.Alltype Engineering has been operating since 1985 and our longevity is a result of the capability of our team, our culture and the ability to collaboratively deliver contracts and projects for our clients whilst maintaining a flexible and innovative approach to finding solutions to challenges.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Head Office at Naval Base.Ensures project execution in accordance with the contract, schedule and budget, inclusive of reporting, documentation and contract management.Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.Determine project risks and plan contingencies accordingly.Approve major and significant procurement packages in accordance with the Register of Delegated Authorities.Sourcing, recruitment, de-manning and co-ordination of staff, personnel, equipment and internal resources as required.Ensure completion of job cost reports and forecasts for the finance department by end of month.Ensure preparation and submission of progress claims in accordance with contract requirements.Oversee and assist with the identification, preparation, administration and negotiation of contract variations and claims as per the contract.Conduct weekly progress meetings ensuring all aspects of the project are clearly understood by all relevant personnel.Assist with review of technical queries, focused on practical solutions and ease of response.QualificationsMinimum of 10 years Project Management experience in Projects, from a heavy industrial, fabrication or construction background.Additional InformationThe position offers challenging work, longevity, the ability to directly influence outcomes as well as career development prospects within an expanding company.#J-18808-Ljbffr
