About The Opportunity
Programmed's Property Services department is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our painting business in Tamworth, NSW. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be accountable for managing and budgeting all staff materials and equipment on each project, ensuring that projects are working towards a safe, successful, and profitable conclusion and to the customer's satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Painter to take a step into a leadership position or for an existing Project Manager to step into a fulfilling career with Programmed.

Key Responsibilities
Managing, budgeting, and organising staff materials and equipment
Oversee staff and ensure teams are on track to complete each project
Develop and maintain rapport with clients, liaising with them to complete works
Ensuring our teams understand the scope of projects
Organising site inductions
Any other duties as directed by our Branch Manager
About You
To join our team, you will have experience as a Painter or Project Manager and a strong commitment to Programmed's values. Ideally, you will want to grow a long-term career with Programmed.
Additionally, You Will Have
Prior experience managing sites and managing stakeholder relationships
Trade qualification in Painting and Decorating, desired but not required
Current Driver's License
Experience working as part of a team
Ability to pass a police clearance and full medical including D&A
Any further tickets/trade qualifications would be advantageous
A strong commitment to and understanding of quality and OH&S management systems
