They have recently won a number of projects due to their strong track record of delivering quality, state of the art projects. This company focuses on the delivery of multi-residential and commercial projects valued up to $10M. This company has an excellent reputation in Canberra and the surrounding regions.
ABOUT THE POSITION. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be employed to deliver diverse projects across Canberra ranging between $5M and $10M. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all elements of the construction process, whilst ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within the Client's allocated budget.
DUTIES. WHS management.Programming.Budgeting.Cost control.Forecasting.Client management. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Experience as a Project Manager on small to medium fitout or new build projects.Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with Procore is desirable but not essential.
