Add expected salary to your profile for insightsProject Manager (Construction)6 months contractLocation Canberra, hybridAs an experienced Project Manager, you will play a key role in the development, control, delivery, and reporting of major infrastructure projects, particularly in greenfield land development and urban development. This exciting opportunity involves overseeing all aspects of project implementation, including construction elements, land development activities, and coordination with various stakeholders.ROLManage the development, control, delivery, and reporting of implementation strategies for major projects in greenfield and urban development.Negotiate and liaise with various agencies, developers, and community organisations on development projects to ensure alignment with project goals.Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including staff, contractors, and consultants to deliver project objectives effectively and efficiently.Identify and analyse risks, develop associated risk management plans, and conduct regular risk reviews for projects under your responsibility.Apply sound procurement management skills to a wide range of design and construction projects, including managing project budgets and consultant briefs.Ensure projects adhere to all relevant policies, guidelines, and industry standards.
