Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, reports, and RAID registers as per the PMO's guidelines.Plan and schedule resources and tasks to maintain project schedules and facilitate activity completion.Actively monitor and manage project budgets and invoicing.Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and specialists to achieve project goals.Deliver internal and external communications, including project documentation and status reports.Plan and organize project meetings and workshops.Act as a key point of contact for customers and project teams, responding to inquiries promptly.Support and report to the Project Manager while implementing recommendations.Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest constructive changes.Advise senior management on critical matters requiring attention.Your ProfileWe are looking for someone with the following attributes:
