Working onsite in the ACT, candidates will take responsibility for planning, executing, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-priority initiatives. Flexibility in working arrangements is negotiable, and a supportive, outcome-driven workplace culture is provided.Key Duties:Lead and manage all aspects of project planning, development, and implementation.Advise on and enhance organisational project methodologies.Oversee capability lifecycles, including system development and enhancements.Initiate and manage procurement processes to meet program needs.Coordinate large stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.Manage project reviews, financial reporting, and quality control measures.Allocate and prioritise resources effectively.Identify and mitigate risks and issues associated with project delivery.Essential CriteriaCandidates must meet the following requirements:Financial Management: Experience maintaining financial records, supporting audits, and reporting for decision-making.Organisational Change Management: Skilled in developing and implementing change management plans, assessing risks, and improving approaches based on feedback.Project Management: Proficient in leading medium-scale projects, adopting project management methods, maintaining realistic plans, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards within agreed budgets.Requirements Definition and Management: Ability to manage scoping, prioritisation, and requirements definition for medium-sized initiatives.Stakeholder Relationship Management: Expertise in stakeholder engagement, open communication, and facilitating decision-making processes.Additional Requirements:Candidates must hold or be able to obtain a Negative Vetting Level 2 (NV2) or Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) clearance depending on the position.Willingness to undergo an Organisational Suitability Assessment, including a psychological evaluation.How to ApplyIf you meet the criteria and are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, apply today!
