Project Manager

The key focus of the Project Manager is customer/Stakeholder liaison and relationship development. Candidates with excellent leadership and management of a highly motivated and dynamic team of experienced technicians and logisticians should apply.
The Project Manager will join the Management Team, providing strategic leadership and advice on all capability issues. The Project Manager will also be instrumental in providing guidance on C2, C4i and ISR systems to CASG and the wider ADF. This is a new role in an expanding organisation with a focus on delivery.
Experience Required: The Project Manager will have experience in defence projects Candidates will have tertiary qualifications Broad engineering experience base, preferably within the Defence Industry Experienced in working with SPOs/CASG Ideally, candidates will understand defence logistics and supply chain Monitor and manage sub-contractors Lead, mentor and develop a strong team Promote continuous improvement Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong leadership and management abilities Business/budgetary experience Applicant MUST hold a current NV1 AGSVA issued clearance as a minimum This position would ideally suit applicants with a Defence engineering background with extensive experience in demanding leadership and management appointments. Candidates with CASG and or wider defence industry experience are encouraged to apply.
