Position OverviewThe Project Manager will be required to take overall responsibility of various small to large sized projects. As a Project Manager, you will be required to deliver these projects successfully on time, quality and costs target, realizing measurable benefits and thereby ensuring satisfied clients.
Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesOversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completionCreate and manage project budgets, schedules, and resourcesDevelop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and quality standardsProvide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring timely and successful project deliveryIdentify and resolve project issues, risks, and conflictsMonitor progress, track milestones, and prepare regular project reports to stakeholdersConduct regular site visits to assess project progress and address any concernsEnsure timely and high-quality project deliveryOperate as Builder-side Project Manager and effectively manage all subcontractorsDiligently track financial data and regularly track marginEnsure profitability across all projectsManage client communications to ensure Moltus is best represented, and build long-term relations with clientsBring a can-do attitude, be flexible and self-motivated and self-ledManage and mentor Junior PMs/Project EngineersConduct all activities in accordance with the Quality, Safety and Environmental Management System.Skills and QualificationsTertiary or trade qualification in a building related field (Mandatory)White CardCrystalline Silica Exposure Prevention CardAsbestos Awareness CardOperated as Building-side Project Manager (Preferred)A stable track record in delivering construction projects up to $5m as a Project ManagerExperienced in management of subcontractorsManage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectivelyA natural ability to drive the project forward while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients alikeStrong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and building regulationsExcellent leadership, written and verbal communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to effectively manage multiple projects concurrentlyProficient in project management software/tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft ProjectsWhat's on OfferWork alongside a small team of professionals in a growing company.Fuel cardCompany LaptopCareer growthCompetitive salary based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
