The Opportunity
Newly created opportunity to deliver the design, construction and commissioning of a major Materials Recycling Facility (MRF).
What's on offer  Join the benchmark organisation in ecological transformation Deliver a key strategic project for Veolia Competitive remuneration and excellent benefits available What you'll be responsible for Reporting to Veolia Senior Management and ACT Project Controls Groups Significant coordination to Government Agencies to procure Development Approvals Management of Building and Technology subcontracts Full project responsibility from Head Contract award through to Handover to Operations Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders including the customer, government entities, builders, tech providers, internal teams, and external parties Develop detailed project execution methodology to ensure efficient and collaborative delivery Mentor, coach, and develop team members' project management skills Plan, deliver, and review projects according to scope, quality, budget, and timeframe requirements while managing risks, safety, and compliance Manage project commercial aspects including reporting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, supply chain, procurement, and vendor performance What you'll need to be successful
The successful candidate will offer:
 
Degree qualifications in engineering, project management or similar An extensive background managing waste/industrial/civil infrastructure projects above $75 million Substantial experience in contract management and procurement of authorisations A background in industrial buildings and waste processing technologies Significant experience in reporting to senior management  Current drivers licence and Construction Industry White Card
