What You'll Be Doing
Atturra is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Cloud Business Solutions to showcase their Project Management expertise to Atturra's client. This is a full time role and will ideally be located in Canberra, but we can consider candidates based interstate.
Atturra is seeking candidates who have a passion for innovative technology and driving customer transformation. This person must be able to communicate with a variety of different audiences and must have strong presentation skills. The ability to lead technical groups along with handling critical customer issues is important for this role.
Responsibilities
• Facilitating the refinement and definition of project scope, based on the approved project brief and costing, with business and ICT teams
• Negotiate and manage access to and performance of ICT resources
• Prepare project management artefacts including ICT Delivery Plan, Project Change Requests (where required), fortnightly project status reports, project financial spend phasings and forecasts, risk register, issue register and change register
• Facilitate the review and approval of technical artefacts such as user/functional specifications
• Lead regular project status meetings involving all stakeholders
• Act as first point of contact for risks, issues and conflicts between ICT teams and between ICT and business
What Will make you Successful In This Role
• Must be an Australian Citizen with a minimum of an active Baseline clearance
• Minimum 3-5 years experience as a project manager
• Agile project delivery experience
• Must have effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to effectively recognise and adapt to change
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community
