About the Role: SoftLabs is seeking a Project Manager for ICT Labour hire attheir technology consulting based in Canberra.

Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of multiple development and/orinfrastructure projects using the department's agreed methodology.
Design project implementation and resource plans, executeand manage project deliverables and costs.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and business areasto create and deliver solutions that optimise the implementation of technologyincluding traditional on-premises and public cloud infrastructure.
Be aware of government procurement guidelines and preparedetailed procurement documentation, including managing request for quoteprocesses for any necessary procurements to support project requirements.

Demonstrated experience in managing ICT projects usingformal project management methodologies (eg. Prince or Agile) and/ordemonstrated experience in managing large and complex IT infrastructureprojects.
Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders andtasks to challenging deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to manage budget, resources, and risk to ensure thesuccessful outcomes of projects.
Demonstrated experience and skills with engaging andmanaging ICT vendors, including approach to markets, evaluation, and deliverymanagement.
Exceptional communication, presentation and facilitationskills and a highly professional approach including the ability to managestakeholders and produce materials for Senior Executives.
Project management qualifications, with a sound knowledge oftechniques for establishing, planning, monitoring, and controlling major ICTprojects.
A sound understanding of both project managementmethodologies (PRINCE2, PMBOK) and agile frameworks (Scrum) for delivery of ICTprojects.
