Due to exceptional growth and success, the RPS Project Management team is seeking motivated and qualified Contract Administrator. You will be predominantly working on government projects within our Project Management division, with development opportunities in the future.The ideal candidate will have experience in Civil, Building and Construction, Infrastructure, Contract Management, and similar. This position is based in Cairns, with a high-performing team, who is a market leader in project management specializing in the delivery of large complex projects.About You A tertiary qualification in Construction, Property, Engineering, or similar is desirable;Strong understanding and proven experience with a range of delivery methodologies, in particular, Head Contract, Managing Contractor, and Design and Construct is preferable;Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner;Proactive and able to think strategically;Australian Citizen and able to successfully obtain and maintain a minimum Baseline Security Clearance;Experience in client-side Project Management in the industries mentioned above and familiarity with government procurement rules (would be preferable, but not essential);AIPM Accreditation or equivalent would be advantageous.What's on offerRPS is a market-leading project management team specializing in the client-side delivery of large complex projects, and you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most influential and talented leaders in the industry.You will enjoy working with RPS if you are committed to a role in Project Management that offers you scope, autonomy, challenge, collaboration, and a place at the front line on projects.
