As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Plan, execute, and close out construction projects on time and within budgetDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocationCoordinate and liaise with stakeholders, subcontractors, and team membersEnsure that projects comply with all relevant regulations and safety standardsIdentify and manage project risks, issues, and changesPrepare and present project status reports to Team LeaderTo be successful in this role, you should have:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in the respective field for this roleStrong understating of construction planning, programming, and methodologiesProven track record of successfully managing construction projectsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsProfessional written and verbal communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem solving skillStrong knowledge of market conditions, construction techniques, and industry standardsAbility to work in a team environment and have initiative when working independentlyStrong relationship building with all relevant stakeholdersAgency submissions won't be considered for this position.
