As they continue to grow their market share, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their team.
Job Description The scope of the Project Management role is more focused on the Pre-Construction phase than the delivery phase.
Key responsibilities will include:
Working closely with the Design team to manage the pre-construction deadlinesEstimating and cost planningMonthly cost reporting and forecasting on live projectsDeveloping relationships with clients to ensure future businessThe Successful Applicant Selection criteria will include:
Previous experience delivering projects in a Design and Construct methodologyStrong level of computer literacy across mainstream systemsExcellent interpersonal skillsCandidates from Site Management, Project Management, and Estimating backgrounds will be consideredWhat's on Offer On offer:
