Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for project excellence? Join Sunwater as a Project Manager, where you'll play a vital role in the coordination, development and implementation of projects across the Water Resources interface with other Sunwater teams.
This includes effective engagement with a broad range of stakeholders in the E&WR Group and broader business to ensure programs satisfy technical, regulatory, operational and scheme objectives in a sustainable and efficient manner. You will provide Project Management Support to ensure Water Plan reviews, Water Security reviews and Flood Risk Management projects are efficiently and effectively completed, plus assist in the timely completion of Annual ROL requirements.
As a Project Manager at Sunwater, you will:
Develop and maintain Performance reports for the Water Resources Group to ensure project and program time, cost, quality, and risk performance is accurately captured and measured against baseline targets and provide insights on required corrective actions. Provide specialist support for implementation of Sunwater's Project, Program & Portfolio Management Framework (P3MF) across the Water Resources Group. Ensure engineering and technical investigations associated with Water Resources are efficiently delivered within the defined time, budget, and quality requirements. We are seeking a talented and proactive individual with a proven track record in delivering projects, and technical studies to defined time, cost, and quality requirements. You will ideally hold Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a relatable field, plus have Project Management qualifications. You will also bring:
Project expertise: Minimum 5 years' relevant project management experience in an infrastructure design or delivery team environment. Strategic vision: Well-developed analytical, conceptual, problem solving and research skills, including the ability to address complex technical issues and to develop a range of practical strategies and identify a preferred way forward. Communication skills: High level communication skills with demonstrated ability to prepare written technical reports, memos, presentations, and other communications in a clear and logical manner.
