You will be the Leader of a dynamic, high performing Team who will require your support and guidance to perform to their potentialCreate a supporting environment which engenders Teamwork, Fair Play, Passion, Preparedness, Creative Thinking & Continual LearningEnsure policies, procedures and responsibilities are followed and completed by all project staffProduce comprehensive project programmes which identify and mitigate construction risk, and maximise productivityLead a team comprised of Contract Managers, Senior Contract Administrators, Contract Administrators and Cadets to administer the head contract and procure and administer subcontractsLead a team comprised of Site Managers, Project Supervisors, Project Engineers and HSE Coordinators to deliver technical builds in line with project goalsProactively manage stakeholder relationsAbout YouTo be successful in the role, we expect you will have the following:The ability to lead and inspire a team towards a collective goalA people focused mindset.
We build people as well as projectsStrong understanding of construction techniques and building processes, particularly in technical areas associated with new build and heavy refurbishmentsA demonstrated ability to lead pre-construction teams will be an advantage.
Many of our project are secured and delivered through "Early Contractor Involvement" arrangements, partnering with repeat clients in the early stages of design.In-depth knowledge of regulations and standards (e.g.
Codes of Practice, Industrial Relations, HSE etc.
